2-day relationship intensive

Service Description

A two day couples intensive is most beneficial if any of the following apply: - You’re keen for an accelerated form of couples therapy that helps you go deeper and feel better faster - You find it hard to commit to regular therapy given a busy lifestyle and unpredictable schedule. - You want to jump-start longer term couples therapy by commencing with a high intensity assessment, de-escalation and relationship stabilisation process. - You recognise that urgent change is required in your relationship and you are both motivated to tackle issues head on. - You are in deep distress from a big event such as intimate betrayal/affair. - You want clarity around the status of a relationship (do we stay or go?) - You’re finding general relational issues are getting in the way of effective sex therapy or causing the dysfunction in the first place. - You are seeing the same dysfunctional patterns across both the general and sexual relationship. (Eg. Communication, poor boundaries). Offered in-person on Mon/Fri (7am-12pm) or online on Tues (9:30am-2:30pm) Feel free to email for further details and alternate availabilities.
