This is an opportunity to learn about the underlying scientific principles of fertility and for women to understand their own menstrual cycle so as to optimise their chances of getting pregnant naturally (or to use the information to avoid a pregnancy). The sympto-thermal method will be taught and 'charting' will be explained. Partners are welcome to attend this session. (Online bookings available)
